Analyze your report
Learn how to read your campaign's reporting dashboard—key metrics, filters, traffic sources, and exporting leads—to track performance and guide decisions.
Once your campaign is live, your reporting dashboard is where you'll see how it's actually performing. Reporting isn't a one-time step—plan to check back regularly as your campaign runs, since performance can shift over time as your audience and traffic sources change.
Steps
Open your report.
From the left-hand menu, click Reports under Properties, then click the report icon under View Report next to the campaign you want to see.
Alternatively, click the report icon directly from your campaign overview.
Review your key metrics at the top of the report.
Traffic and Sessions: Overall visits to your page, updating every 6 hours.
Leads: How many sign-ups fall within your selected date range.
Conversion Rate: The share of visitors who converted into leads.
Filter your results to narrow in on what you care about.
Use Filter by ref link to isolate performance for a specific link. This is especially useful if you're running multiple ad sets for the same campaign and want to compare how each is doing. (An ad set is a group of ads that target the same audience segment.)
Use Filter by date to look at a specific window of time, then click Filter Results to apply it.
Check your Lead Ref Links to see which links are driving sign-ups. Each ref link is broken out individually, so you can compare how different ad sets are performing against each other.
Look at Leads captured over time to see how sign-ups have trended since your campaign launched.
Review Top Traffic Channels and Top Traffic Regions to understand who's finding your page and from where.
Traffic Channels: Which platforms are sending you visitors.
Traffic Regions: A geographic breakdown of where your audience is concentrated.
Export your leads or dig deeper.
Click Export Leads to download your lead data.
If you're running Meta or Google ads, click Advanced Reporting to dive into your ad analytics. Launch Oracle connects your ad account data directly to your campaign, so you can see not just how your ads are performing, but where those leads are coming from and what they're actually costing you per lead.
Use what your report tells you to guide marketing and ad spend decisions. Double down on the channels and links that are converting, and pull back on the ones that aren't.
